We are excited to announce the opening
of Equest Counseling Center, LLC. We are located in the beautiful
Pojoaque Valley, conveniently located to serve Rio Arriba, Los
Alamos and Santa Fe Counties.
Equest is a progressive, culturally
sensitive and aware counseling center, providing mental health
services to the culturally varied and richly diverse communities
of Northern New Mexico. The center itself is in a peaceful rural
setting providing a place of refuge for our clients. We value
our creative approaches to facilitate growth and healing in children
(birth-13), youth, adults, individuals, families, groups, and
corporate teams. We focus on assisting our clients with healing
in mind, body and spirit, to further assist them in living as
responsible and productive members of society with vision and
hope.
In the clinical arena of counseling
humans are seen as natural storytellers and our clients come
to us with tales of their life challenges, defeats, heartbreaks,
disappointments, obstacles, and challenges with communication,
parenting, alcohol and substance abuse issues, domestic violence,
goal setting, emotional and developmental challenges.
